Qualifications

About the Team:

The ShopeeFood Regional Business Intelligence & Planning team plays a critical role in supporting ShopeeFood’s overall strategy and planning. We drive alignment across markets by standardising processes, establishing best practices, and providing senior management with the data and insights needed for informed decision-making.

Job Description:

As a Regional BI Analyst, you will:

• Partner with regional functions to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions
• Work closely with local teams to consolidate competitor intelligence and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance
• Leverage both technical expertise and business understanding to perform analysis, generate insights, and influence strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL for managing and analysing large datasets; experience with Python is a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business challenges into clear analytical requirements and data-driven solutions
• Knowledge of data science techniques is an advantage
• Experience in e-commerce or the internet industry is preferred
