Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to identify, target and secure new distributor and channel partner opportunities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors and channel partners to ensure sales targets and business goals are achieved

  • Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements with distributors and channel partners in the assigned regions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support and coordinate the onboarding and training of new distributors/partners

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the brand and product offerings

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of experience in regional channel partners &and distributor management, preferably from power generation or equipment rental industry

  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable with regional travelling for business meetings
