A leading company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, and negotiate agreements. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in channel partner management, ideally in the power generation or equipment rental industry. Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to identify, target and secure new distributor and channel partner opportunities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors and channel partners to ensure sales targets and business goals are achieved
Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements with distributors and channel partners in the assigned regions
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support and coordinate the onboarding and training of new distributors/partners
Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the brand and product offerings
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in regional channel partners &and distributor management, preferably from power generation or equipment rental industry
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders
Comfortable with regional travelling for business meetings
