Infinity Cube Pte Ltd, a fast-growing clean energy company, seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to lead distributor acquisition across key international markets. This role entails driving growth strategy, collaborating with teams, and managing distributor relationships in Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Europe.
Infinity Cube is a fast-growing clean energy company focused on delivering mobile and modular Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for hybrid deployment with diesel generators and renewable energy. Our solutions are widely adopted in construction, infrastructure, and temporary power applications across Asia-Pacific. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead our distributor acquisition efforts across key international markets.
Your RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing distributors in our priority markets: Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Europe. This is a high-impact role that directly drives Infinity Cube’s international growth strategy. You will collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to build long-term distribution partnerships and drive adoption of our technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and onboard distributors and channel partners in targeted countries
Drive end-to-end business development activities: outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management
Understand local market dynamics and regulatory requirements to support partner success
Work with internal teams to customize commercial offers, support marketing materials, and ensure technical alignment
Represent Infinity Cube at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Track pipeline activity, report KPIs, and refine go-to-market strategies
5–6 years of experience in regional business development, preferably in industrial equipment, energy solutions, or electrical systems
Proven success in distributor/channel acquisition and partner management
Strong understanding of one or more of our key regions (Japan, Korea, Australia/NZ, Taiwan, Europe)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, culturally adaptable, and willing to travel for business
Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German) are a plus
