We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals within an assigned territory, with a focus on the Trading and F&B industry. Your proven track record in business development, ability to generate leads, and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in driving business growth and establishing successful partnerships.
The role requires strong leadership, frequent travel within ASEAN, and familiarity with industries such as Agri, FMCG, and retail formats.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Trading and F&B industry, leveraging your network and conducting market assessments to generate leads.

Collaborate with internal teams to devise and identify new ideas, revenue models, and business structures that align with market trends and customer needs.
Drive the establishment of long-term customer partnerships, leveraging your expertise in industries such as Agri, FMCG, and retail formats.
Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Stay updated on compliance regulations and local business cultures across ASEAN to ensure successful business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of projects and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a positive and dynamic office culture.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounts or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in the ASEAN region.
Direct experience and a strong network in the Trading, F&B, Agri, and retail industries in ASEAN.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a business development role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership skills and a self-starter mentality.
Willingness to travel frequently across interior regions of ASEAN to establish and nurture business relationships.
Proficiency in an additional APAC regional/local language is a plus.
Familiarity with trading, mergers and acquisitions in SMEs, and setting up businesses in ASEAN is advantageous.
