Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Development Director to lead and expand our business presence across Singapore. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge in architecture, engineering, construction or sales, with a proven track record in strategic client acquisition, regional growth, and high-value deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region, focusing on high-growth sectors such as commercial, infrastructure, residential, and industrial projects.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, government agencies, and stakeholders.

- Strategy Development: Create and implement regional business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives to increase market share and revenue.

- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or consortium arrangements to strengthen market positioning.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Leadership & Reporting: Lead a regional business development team and report regularly to senior management on KPIs, pipeline, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

- Brand and Visibility: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand recognition and business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Above high school diploma in Architecture, Construction, Business Administration or Finance.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business management or sales.

- Strong network in the region.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and cross-cultural leadership capabilities.

- Ability to travel frequently.
