A leading high-end streetwear brand seeks a Regional Brand Manager to spearhead expansion across Southeast Asia. The role involves strategy development for brand awareness and sales growth, alongside securing prime retail locations. Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Brand Manager to lead our high-end streetwear brand's expansion in Southeast Asia. You'll develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Your expertise in retail leasing and negotiation will be crucial in securing prime locations for our flagship stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional brand strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement
Identify, negotiate, and secure prime retail locations in top shopping malls for flagship stores
Collaborate with local teams to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
Manage relationships with landlords, mall management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful store openings and operations
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer feedback to inform business decisions
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure business objectives are met
Lead and motivate local teams to achieve brand and sales goals
Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all retail touchpoints
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in brand management, retail, or a related field
Proven track record in negotiating and securing prime retail locations
Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and reports
Passion for high-end streetwear and the fashion industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing flagship stores or retail expansions
Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
Familiarity with retail leasing and negotiation processes
