This role reports directly to the Regional Head of Marketing and involves managing JDE brands at the Asia level, working with agencies, supporting brand strategies, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with agencies for campaign development and asset delivery.
  • Supporting the execution of brand strategies to increase user recruitment, penetration, and retention.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

New Product Development (NPD) responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple projects and securing milestone approvals.
  • Supporting portfolio review, pricing, claims development, and legal/regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting with artwork development and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Performing other duties such as PO creation as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years managing multi-market portfolios.
  • At least 3 years of NPD project management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong marketing fundamentals and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
