    This is an individual contributor role that works closely with the Regional Head of Marketing to manage the JDE Brands on the Asia level.

    • Partner agencies to develop campaigns and ensure timely delivery of assets to local markets.
    • Support Head of Marketing (HOM) to execute brand strategies and execution plan with our local markets to drive recruitment and penetration of new users and user retention.
    • Contribute to a winning sales and marketing team culture with strong collaboration and growth mindset.
    • Foster strong external/ internal relationship and trust through regular feedbacks (for regional projects and local campaigns as aligned in the CBM ways of working).
    • Proactive collaboration and joint KPIs with local and cross functional teams

    New Product Development (NPD)

    • Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects, work with Head of Marketing (HOM) and cross functional teams to secure project milestone approvals (I4G/A4E).
    • Strategy: Support HOM to develop portfolio review, pricing, claims development with Legal/Regulatory, financial readiness, etc.
    • Packaging artwork: Support HOM on artwork development. Ensure timely delivery of artwork and copy decks to meet launch timings.
    • Support HOM in other ad hoc duties (eg. PO creation)
      • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
      • At least 2 years of experience managing multi-market portfolios.
      • A minimum of 3 years of NPD project management experience is required.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, navigate complexities, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Good marketing fundamentals and proven track record in driving marketing andperformance.
      • Good analytical ability
      • Willingness to be hands on
      • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
