A leading company in the automotive sector seeks a Regional Parts Manager to oversee spare-parts revenue and operational excellence across Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in parts management, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across diverse markets. This pivotal role involves managing parts operations, developing business plans, and working closely with stakeholders to drive performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - After Sales, this is a critical role liaising with after overseas After Sales Parts Managers and manages a team in Singapore on parts inventory and warehouse management.

The Role
The Regional Parts Manager will lead and develop the Regional Parts, After Sales Business Development and Warehouse teams across The Company’s markets in Asia. You will be responsible for driving spare‐parts revenue and profitability, optimizing inventory and supply-chain processes, and ensuring operational excellence on a regional scale.
Responsibilities
1. Regional Parts & Supply Chain Management
· Manage end-to-end regional parts operations, from ordering to delivery.
· Oversee parts-ordering processes with Parts Divisions, including back-orders, lead-time management and escalations.
· Liaise directly with the principal office in Japanto align on parts strategies, approvals and technical specifications.
· Coordinate with Parts Managers in the overseas markets to ensure consistent processes, forecast accuracy and timely replenishment.
2. After Sales Business Planning & Development
· Review and monitor the regional After Sales business plan to ensure target revenue and profit delivery.
· Explore and implement promotions, customer-facing events and cost-reduction initiatives to grow after-sales revenue.
3. Performance Measurement & Forecasting
· Establish, review and report on KPIs for the spare-parts business.
· Produce regular sales forecasts and post-event performance reviews.
4. Policy & Process Development
· Develop, document and maintain Parts policies, procedures and SOPs to standardize operations across the region.
5. Warehouse & Inventory Oversight (Singapore)
· Manage the parts inventory management and central warehouse in Singapore, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
· Monitor parts inventory levels in all countries to minimize stock-outs and excess.
6. Cross-Functional Liaison
· Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Service, Finance) for seamless parts supply and after-sales support.
7. Ad-hoc Projects & Tasks
· Lead or support special projects and any other duties as assigned by management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Technical Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
· 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience, including about 5 years in a spare-parts business environment.
· Strong technical parts management knowledge; deep understanding of automotive components and systems.
· Proven expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management and international shipping processes.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems.
· High emotional intelligence for effective stakeholder engagement.
· Strong written/verbal communication; highly organized; able to coordinate across multiple markets.
· Able to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced organization.
· This position requires some traveling within Asia Region.
