Job summary

Allianz SE in Singapore seeks an Audit Manager (Business Audit) to independently plan and lead audits across entities in the AZAP region. You will coach teams, drive regional harmonisation, and influence senior management through effective reporting.

The role includes data analytics and AI initiatives to raise audit quality and governance across the region. The ideal candidate has a business degree and relevant professional certifications, with 5–9 years of audit experience in financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business (accounting/finance/management) or similar field.
5–9 years of internal/external audit experience in financial institutions; insurance background a plus.
Certified Internal Auditor and/or CPA would be advantageous.
Strong ethical standards and ability to lead audits independently.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and lead business audits across entities and lines of business.
Coach audit teams; lead kick-off and closing meetings with auditees and senior management.
Prepare closing presentations and final audit reports with management feedback.
Coordinate regional audits and aggregate local results into regional reports.
Drive regional harmonisation projects and document policies and procedures.
Contribute to AI and data analytics initiatives to improve audit quality and efficiency.
