Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main logistics point of contact for internal stakeholders across the SEA region.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehouse activities, freight forwarding, vendor coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Perform business performance analyses and generate timely reports to support decision-making for internal teams and leadership.
  • Prepare dashboards and regular KPI reports (e.g., on-time delivery, cost, Net Promoter Score).
  • Drive logistics cost-efficiency projects such as route optimization and consolidation.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and enhancements of tools/systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of logistics issues and recommend solutions to improve service quality.
Requirements
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology, or Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
  • Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business performance reporting and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong skills in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to present data-driven insights clearly to aid effective decision-making.
  • Able to manage and summarize complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player who works well in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
