Regional Analyst, Total Benefits Advisory & Management

What the day will look like

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting flex benefits feasibility studies projects, conducting client stewardship meetings, and contributing to internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion towards leveraging benefits to make impacts to clients.

Flex Benefits Feasibility Studies:

  • Conduct data analysis, surveys, and focus groups to evaluate the feasibility of flex benefits programs.
  • Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations.

Client Engagement and Meetings:

  • Support and participate in client meetings, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Conduct client stewardship meetings, including preparing detailed analyses and tailored reports.

Internal Projects and Efficiency Improvements:

  • Drive leading-edge initiatives that deliver measurable impact for clients and the organization.
  • Collaborate on internal projects to enhance team efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery.

Reporting and Communications:

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and materials for client discussions and internal use.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client and project objectives.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders in the region and across multiple projects.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with flex benefits programs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
