Job summary

MOTOR IMAGE ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking a capable Analyst to monitor and improve regional aftersales performance across revenue, profit, service retention and parts sales. You will report KPIs, support planning and budgeting, and drive actions to hit regional targets.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance and dealers to localize campaigns, analyze data in Excel/Power BI, and deliver regular reports, dashboards and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 1–2 years in Aftersales, Service Operations, Parts Operations or related industries.
• Experience with regional markets, distributors and dealer networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regional aftersales performance (revenue, profit, service retention, parts sales, customer satisfaction).
• Report KPIs and recommend corrective actions to address gaps; support planning and budgeting.
• Drive initiatives to achieve regional aftersales sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities for services and products.
