Job summary

Motor Image - Subaru is seeking a regional Aftersales Analyst/Manager to support growth in Service, Marketing, and System management. You'll collaborate with distributors, dealers, suppliers and internal teams to drive revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer retention across the region.

The role focuses on monitoring performance, planning budgets, executing campaigns, and driving process improvements with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Aftersales, Service Operations, Parts Operations, Automotive, or related industries (fresh graduates welcome; compensation will reflect).
• Experience with regional markets, distributors, and dealer networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance Management: monitor regional aftersales performance, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Aftersales Marketing & Communications: develop campaigns to increase retention, service utilization, and revenue; localize strategies across regional markets.
• Supplier and Process Management: manage regional supplier database, review performance and cost efficiency; drive standardization and best practices.
