Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales
  • Manage a B2B client list professionally with regular pipeline review meetings, share client requirements, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Create high-value customer proposals, ensuring Light & Wonder offerings are prioritized.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and upselling to existing clients.
Product Knowledge
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to communicate features and benefits effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry dynamics in respective regions and share insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Project Management to secure shipping quotas and relay requirements to R&D teams.
Communication
  • Represent Light & Wonder and the Commercial Team with professionalism within the gaming industry.
  • Share progress proactively internally and maintain strong team connections.
  • Ask questions and learn from experienced team members.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree preferred, with strong sales or customer-facing experience.
  • High energy, proactive, with a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy, customer service-oriented, professional, patient, and tactful.
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing B2B clients under commercial terms.

  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing or consulting role.
  • Experience supporting key accounts, growing business portfolios, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with executives and peers.
Working Conditions
  • Irregular hours, including calls across time zones and client meetings.
  • Domestic and international travel, and regular commute between Clark, Macau, and Singapore offices.
