What this job involves:
Client Management
- In conjunction with the IFM - Head of Industrial and FSM, develop a strategic business plan for the account.
- Act as the point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services to client.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of client business and the implications for Jones Lang LaSalle's service delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with all key personnel in the client organization.
- Liaise/engage with the respective city's local MT in implementing specific regional and local activities.
Regional Account Support
- Support regional IFM accounts by providing advice on local practices; assisting with performance management of staff.
Service Delivery
- Manage the delivery of the facilities management services to all Client facilities under Jones Lang LaSalle's management.
- Ensure adherence to the contracted scope of works and manage the resourcing requirements in each city.
- Liaise regularly with client and the local MTs on facilities management issues.
- Develop an Account Plan for facilities management services.
- Implement regional Jones Lang LaSalle initiatives such as the Compliance Review, Regional Training programmes and other initiatives as appropriate.
- Drive Client specific regional initiatives.
- Manage the teams to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
Operations Management
- Develop and implement a mechanism to drive business improvement initiatives and innovations across accounts.
- Ensure consistency in process and procedures across accounts.
- Support and participate in the implementation of Engineering & Operations Services initiatives including:
- Risk Management
- Environmental Health and Safety
- Supply Chain Management
- Sustainability and Energy management
- Critical Environment Management
- Engineering and Operations
- Transition Management
Financial Management and Reporting
- Assist Client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with Client financial timetable.
- Establish and maintain consistency in the monthly reporting in each city.
- Prepare a regional monthly management report to the satisfaction of Client.
- Review and report against agreed KPIs, metrics and savings targets.
- Be responsible for the achievement and reporting of the Net Operating Revenue for the account.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and cross sales.
- Actively participate in the client Quarterly Business Review.
Human Resource Management
- Be responsible for the selection, recruitment, personal development and performance management of staff.
- Organise regular FM forums for networking and training purposes.
- Ensure staff attends in-country activities to promote inter-site communication and Jones Lang LaSalle culture.
- Work with HR to develop specific training and skills development programmes.
- Complete succession plan for direct reports and ensure succession plans are in place, where appropriate, for all staff.
- Conform with the Company Total Performance Management (TPM) programme.
- Complete Individual Performance Management Plan (IPMP) or Performance Plans as appropriate and as per agreed timeline.

- Extensive experience in facilities management and general management.
- Strong leader with proven business acumen and experience of successfully managing an international business.
- Relevant Facilities / Property/Real Estate qualification.
- Strong people management, diversity management and cultural relationship skills to attract and develop professional staff in line with the growth of the business.
- Asia Pacific market experience, preferably China experience.
