We bring to our guests unforgettable, private, and exclusive homes where families can bond with loved ones whilst enjoying home-like hospitality and certainty of service standards.We have 350+ homes in the best destinations across India & are looking to increase our presence on a national level.Designation: Region HeadRole: Business HeadNo. of Requirement:3Qualification: Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/HospitalityExperience: 8-10 years of functional experience in Business Development/Sales/ManagementLocation: MaharashtraScope of the Role The role involves developing go to market/ market building strategies so as to build and grow regional P&Ls from a supply, revenue and margin front. The role involves overseeing and being accountable for the performance of the regions annual targets as determined in the yearly budgeting process. To lead home acquisition and supply efforts for the region by building a strong stakeholder network, hiring and retaining the regions talent pool and understanding the key micro-markets and products to grow with. To collaborate on a regular basis with the Founders, functional heads and other organisation team members to ensure smooth continuous efforts on sales, marketing, operations, manpower, cost management, etc for the region To build out and hone the regional team alongside the respective function heads and to ensure smooth day to day functioning with such team members.Key Requirements & Skills Proven experience in a senior target oriented growth role (Business Development - Supply and/or Sales) Conduct thorough market analysis and take data driven decisions. Ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders. Strong contract negotiation skills.
