EPTA Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair cooling systems on-site at commercial premises in Singapore.

You will perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning and checking aircon units, and communicate findings and recommendations directly with clients. On-site duties include documenting service reports and ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety standards, especially during emergency or after-hours calls.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs:Perform diagnosis and repair of cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Preventive Maintenance:Conduct routine servicing (cleaning/checking) of aircon units at commercial premises.

• Client Communication:Address customer inquiries, explain technical issues, and provide professional recommendations on-site.

• Reporting:Document service reports and maintain records of servicing for internal review.

• Safety Compliance:Adhere strictly to Health & Safety acts (WSH) while working, especially during emergency/after-hours calls.
