FAR EAST GROUP LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Refrigeration Design / Project Engineer to design refrigeration systems, select equipment, and prepare technical docs for cold room projects. You will perform heat load calculations, create 2D/3D drawings, and coordinate with production and R&D teams.

The role offers exposure to green refrigeration solutions, including CO2 technology, and requires travel to sites to support customers and projects. This is ideal for engineers seeking hands-on growth.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical refrigeration or related field.
• HVAC&R or refrigeration project experience preferred.
• Basic heat-load calculation, equipment selection, and drawing prep knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; SolidWorks an advantage.
• Ability to understand and prepare technical drawings and P&ID.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in refrigeration system design.

Responsabilidades

• Perform heat load calculations and cold room design for chiller, freezer, and refrigeration applications.
• Select refrigeration equipment including compressors, condensing units, evaporators, and controls.
• Prepare technical documents such as submittals, equipment schedules, and design reports.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D rack assembly drawings, and P&ID.
• Coordinate with production on rack fabrication, piping, and control panel requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D on evaporator and heat exchanger design.
• Attend customer meetings and site discussions as needed; support testing and commissioning.
