Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in refrigeration product design to join its product development team in Singapore. You will design, test, and validate electrical systems for commercial food equipment and refrigeration products, working with cross-functional teams to meet performance, safety, cost, and manufacturability targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in electrical engineering is required.
3–10 years of experience in electrical design for refrigeration or related appliances.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, electrical safety, and embedded control systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and components for hot and refrigeration products, including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOM.
Coordinate testing and evaluation with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure DFM and cost targets.
Manage product certification, compliance, and validation programs (UL, CE, EMI/EMC, safety, thermal performance).
Develop product documentation and support knowledge transfer through training and design reviews.
