Overview:

We're hiring a Refresh Governance Manager to lead the APAC refresh initiative for end-of-life network devices, part of a regional program managing over 5k networking devices. You will be responsible for driving governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across 1012 technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end program governance across APAC for network device refresh.
2. Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment to governance and reporting frameworks.
3. Guide and coordinate with 1012 Project Managers across various domains.
4. Own reporting and dashboarding of program status; build processes in Excel or similar tools.
5. Lead stakeholder management efforts and unify teams around program delivery.
6. Participate in global calls (typically twice a week post-8PM SGT).
7. Define and implement governance frameworks and drive execution across teams.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proven experience managing governance for large-scale programs (preferably across APAC).
2. Strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Excel, status tracking, insights).
3. Experience managing 5+ PMs and/or large delivery teams.
4. Ability to engage and align global stakeholders, especially in matrix environments.
5. Strong presence and confidence in driving outcomes with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience with infrastructure or networking background is a good to have.
