Job summary

ENSIGN INFOSECURITY (CYBERSECURITY) PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Red Team Consultant to lead offensive security engagements for diverse clients.

You will simulate real-world adversaries, test controls across networks, cloud, and identities, and collaborate with defenders to improve detection and response. In this client-facing role, expect adaptable engagements, collaboration with Blue Teams, and clear reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• OSCP is required.
• Experience in Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, adversarial simulation, or related offensive security role.
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Hands-on experience with networks, AD, Windows, Linux, web apps, cloud, and identity-based attack techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct authorised Red Team engagements and adversarial simulations.
• Translate threats into realistic attack scenarios and test security controls across environments.
• Collaborate with Blue Teams and SOCs to validate detections and responses.
• Document findings, write clear reports, and present remediation recommendations.
• Develop reusable attack scenarios and detection validation content.
• Adapt engagements to customer environments and requirements.
