Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Red Team Consultant to deliver Red Team and Purple Team engagements for clients.

The role involves simulating threats, identifying weaknesses across people, processes and technology, and partnering with defensive teams to improve detection and response capabilities. The position is dynamic and customer-facing, with assignments varying in scope, duration, and delivery approach.

Qualifications

• OSCP certification is required.
• Experience in red and purple team engagements.
• Ability to work independently and onsite in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct authorised Red Team engagements, adversarial simulations and objective-based security assessments.
• Translate threats into realistic attack scenarios.
• Perform recon, initial-access testing, social engineering, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, and data-access simulations.
• Assess controls across networks, endpoints, applications, cloud, identity systems and processes.
• Identify and demonstrate attack paths exposing critical systems or assets.
• Develop or adapt tools, scripts, payloads and infrastructure.
• Maintain operational security and minimise disruption during engagements.
• Collaborate with Blue Teams to validate controls and detect capabilities.
• Document improvements and remaining security exposures.
