Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Singapore seeks a Systems Administrator proficient in managing and operating Red Hat Linux and Windows infrastructures. The role involves planning, executing, and maintaining technical projects, along with diagnosing technical issues and ensuring systems comply with Service Level Agreements. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Red Hat Linux, along with strong communication skills, will be preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Red Hat Linux (On Cloud).
• Work experience in MS Windows Server administration.
• Strong communications skills and excellent English proficiency.

• Plan, execute, monitor and control the various technical aspect of the project.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
  Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities

  • Good understanding of large Data Center Facilities operation
  • Hands-On experience supporting various Infrastructure agents like NetBackup (Mid-Level) vSphere 7.x.
  • Cross-team collaboration with storage, network, security and application delivery
  • Technical leadership quality to handle technical challenge and sensitive situations
  • Integrate the server automation process either by custom scripts or via third-party solutions(Ansible)
  • Candidate should have the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve user issues and support them through telephone, email, or via chat services as applicable

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Red Hat Linux (On Cloud) preferred.
• Candidates with some work experience and possess exposures/ knowledge in Red Hat Linux (On Cloud) are welcome too.
