Job summary

DSK METALS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily metal recycling activities across multiple sites. You will manage loading, sorting, weighing and storage processes while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and inventory control skills, with a focus on achieving output targets and maintaining material quality in a dynamic recycling environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily metal recycling operations across multiple locations in Singapore.
• Verify scrap grades and resolve discrepancies before processing or dispatch.
• Operate and supervise hydraulic shears and wire/cable strippers per safety rules.
• Plan manpower, machine use and schedules to meet output targets while ensuring quality.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock with ERP/workflow systems.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce MOM and NEA requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics and trading teams to meet schedules.
• Submit daily reports on stock, output, losses and downtime.
