Recruitment Team Manager (Contracts) - Singapore

Salary: 7,000 - 10,000 SGD per month

Location: 30 Raffles Place BNI Tower, #23-02, 048622

Working Schedule: 4 days in the office

Our Contract Desks are all in hot markets focussing on placing White Collar Freelancers across Power, Renewables, Infrastructure and Sustainability.

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our contract recruitment team in Singapore. This role is suited to a motivated leader with a strong contract (placing white collar technical freelancers or contractors) recruitment background and a passion for team development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ recruitment consultants, identifying and nurturing talent.
  2. Oversee the training and progression of trainee consultants, consultants, and team leaders.
  3. Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
  4. Manage key client accounts while driving new business development.
  5. Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients (new and existing), negotiating contracts and fees.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, clients, and candidates.
  7. Drive margin, contract length, and NFI.
  8. Resolve complex issues involving clients and candidates on behalf of junior team members.
  9. Support team strategy execution and foster a collaborative work environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment AGENCY environment, NOT inhouse or talent acquisition or RPO.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a 360 or key accounts role, NOT delivery.
  3. Experience within Power, Renewables, Infrastructure and Sustainability is desirable, but a growth mindset and passion to learn is a must.
  4. Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets and objectives.
  5. Strong commercial acumen.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Experience managing teams and handling negotiations.
  8. Professional business English speaking/writing is required for the role.
