Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screening of applications to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless and positive experience
  • Build and maintain positive recruitment experience with candidates by communicating to candidates on the job expectations required for the roles and provide timely feedback on candidate's job application status
  • Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection techniques
  • Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process

Requirements:
  • Possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in sales recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
  • Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company's sales targets
