Recruitment Specialist (Basic + Attractive Commission) - Japan MNC

Working location: Raffles Place

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle of recruitment
• Advertise job openings on multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for client positions.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
• Perform cold calls to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strong rapport with existing clients

Requirements:

• Sales driven
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
• Strong team player
