Headhunt for qualified candidates through Outreach & Engagement on traditional and online recruitment platforms, including Social Media
Build and expand connections with professionals.
Reach out to potential candidates for career opportunities.
Engage with connections through meaningful conversations.
Identify and qualify potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate introductory calls.
Learn effective communication for effective outreach.
Stay updated on best practices in recruitment.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience needed –training will be provided.
Comfortable with professional networking and online outreach.
Strong communication skills. (Both written and verbal)
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Interest in recruitment, or networking is a plus.
