Key Responsibilities:

• Headhunt for qualified candidates through Outreach & Engagement on traditional and online recruitment platforms, including Social Media

• Build and expand connections with professionals.

• Reach out to potential candidates for career opportunities.

• Engage with connections through meaningful conversations.

• Identify and qualify potential candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate introductory calls.

• Learn effective communication for effective outreach.

• Stay updated on best practices in recruitment.

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience needed –training will be provided.

• Comfortable with professional networking and online outreach.

• Strong communication skills. (Both written and verbal)

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Interest in recruitment, or networking is a plus.
