We're looking for a driven and people-focused HR professional who's ready to dive deep into recruitment, operations, and project-based work that makes a real difference. In this role, you won't just fill roles - you'll shape hiring experiences, support business growth, and bring HR initiatives to life across the organisation.

  • Permanent role, Full-time opportunity
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Hybrid work arrangement

The Job:

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing and screening to onboarding and conversion.
  • Lead and support recruitment-related initiatives such as employer branding, job fairs, and outreach events.
  • Handle employee matters across the lifecycle, including onboarding, movements, and exit processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employment regulations, and manpower planning.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to implement and operationalise policies at the business unit level.
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve recruitment workflows, HR processes, and employee experience.
  • Gather on-the-ground insights to shape people strategies and deliver practical HR solutions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects - from process streamlining to workforce initiatives and beyond.



The Talent:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience with a strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in public sector would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Solid grasp of recruitment best practices, with hands-on experience preferred.
  • An eye for operational efficiency and a knack for improving how things work.
  • Organised, adaptable, and excited to take on HR projects that create real impact.
