Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients on project management recruitment activities (outsourcing) for their project worksites.
- Maintain existing corporate accounts and ensure customer retention.
- Develop new accounts/ clients via sales campaigns, activities, advertisements, and telemarketing etc.
- Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting job advertisements in accordance with manpower regulations, screening job applications and conducting/ arranging interviews etc.
- ·Follow up with candidates on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other staff related letters or memos.
- Liaise and follow up with subcontractors for ad-hoc/ short-term project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date databases of clients and candidates in company's CRM system.
- Check and submit timesheets and claims to Accounts for processing payments and invoicing.
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales and resolve feedback, complaints, or conflicts, including initiating counselling and inquiry/ disciplinary sessions of employees/ subcontractors at clients' project worksites and document the records via company forms and letters etc.
- Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Provide monthly reports for management review.
- Adhere to company's confidentiality policies and work processes.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
· Minimum Diploma in any business discipline, Professional Certificate in HR Management, Business Administration/ Management, Sales, and Marketing or equivalent
· Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant regulations
· Driven and results-oriented
· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Good time management and able to multitask
· Possess professional integrity and business ethics
