We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive contract hiring efforts across Asia Pacific for a global digital payments player based in Singapore. In this dynamic role, you'll drive recruitment programs that power business transformation — ensuring the right talent is in place, at the right time.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Contract Hiring Strategy: Partner with business leaders to define and execute contractor workforce plans that scale with business demands.
  • Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: Source, screen, and secure top contract talent through proactive sourcing, vendor partnerships, and strategic outreach.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Lead negotiations with staffing agencies, ensuring optimal service delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Champion Program Governance: Monitor hiring metrics, ensure classification compliance, and maintain seamless documentation across contractor lifecycles.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide hiring managers on best practices, collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, and HR to streamline onboarding/offboarding.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 years plus of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on non-tech contractor or contingent workforce hiring
  • Proven success managing recruitment programs and staffing vendor relationships
  • A strategic, consultative mindset paired with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and structure in managing recruitment pipelines and compliance requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
