Recruitment Officer (Part-Time / Full-Time Available)

Location: Grantral Mall, MacPherson

Salary: From $12/hour (Part-Time)

Join our energetic and dynamic team as a Recruitment Officer or Telemarketeer. We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced individuals who are passionate about communication, people, and achieving great results.

1. Part-Time Recruitment Officers: $12/hour (Monday to Friday only)
2. Opportunity for conversion to Full-Time based on performance
3. Full-Time Telemarketeers: Attractive salary with performance bonuses
4. Attractive bonuses available if targets are met

1. Sourcing and calling potential candidates from designated resume portals
2. Scheduling interviews via Zoom or in-office (based on consultants’ calendar)
3. Following up with candidates after their first round of interviews
4. Meeting individual KPIs set by the management team
5. Providing weekly updates on performance
6. Building and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates
7. Collaborating with team members to meet hiring goals

1. Working hours for Part-Time: Weekdays only, flexible hours available
2. No work-from-home unless on an exceptional, case-by-case basis
3. Friendly and supportive work environment
4. Confirmation period for full-time roles: 3 months or based on KPI performance

1. Recognised degree or local polytechnic diploma (preferred)
2. Able to start work immediately is an advantage
3. Able to communicate effectively; fluency in Chinese will be a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates)
4. Sociable, team-oriented, and results-driven
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Entry-level candidates, students, and those without prior experience are welcome to apply
