This position involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn, with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they align with job requirements and company values.
Schedule and organise interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary background on candidates and ensuring smooth interview logistics.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Extend job offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process.
Requirements:
No experience required - Training and industry certification will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate skills and fit accurately
Strong organisational and time-management skills
