Your Role:

As a Recruitment Officer, you’ll support our hiring efforts across various roles — from financial consultants to support staff. You’ll help manage the recruitment pipeline, connect with potential candidates, and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  2. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer processes
  3. Promote Wealth United’s employer brand online and offline
  4. Build relationships with potential hires and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  5. Keep records updated in our applicant tracking system
  6. Assist with recruitment metrics, reports, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  4. Familiarity with online job platforms (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn)
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Interest or background in the financial industry is a plus
