Job description

We are looking for a proactive and personable Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Review and shortlist applications based on role requirements
  • Conduct screenings to evaluate candidate fit
  • Schedule, coordinate, and participate in interviews
  • Communicate professionally with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to applicants
  • Manage job offers and prepare employment contracts
