Job description

Job Duties:

· Specialise in the recruitment of financial advisers and relationship managers for the Company

  • Identify and use appropriate recruitment channels, including social media, to identify potential candidates

  • Conduct networking sessions with various institutions

  • Coordinate and actively participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows and networking events to attract potential talent

  • Screen and shortlist candidates

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews

  • Initiate and negotiate employment offers to selected candidates

  • Prepare and handle onboarding and offboarding matters

  • Perform any ad-hoc administration duties

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in financial advisory services will be an advantage

· Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labour laws of Singapore

· People-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

· Ability to work with different stakeholders and institutions

· Positive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a results-oriented environment
