Job summary

League Advisors is seeking a proactive recruitment intern to support our hiring processes in Paya Lebar. This role involves managing candidate outreach, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment social media accounts. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of GCE A Level or related qualifications, with good communication skills. This is a part-time position with a flexible 3-day work week, offering a monthly stipend of SGD 1,000.

Responsibilities:

- Take initiative in discovering and reaching out to prospective candidates

- Manage the full recruitment process and ensure efficient and effective placement of hires

- Responsible for proactive sourcing of candidates, screening of CVs/profiles, conducting interviews, following up on meetings, closing all communications

- Interviewing & screening of potential candidates

- Profiling, career planning, and job matching

- Personally contact and may need to interview candidates

- Manage recruitment social media accounts
