Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Create and manage job posting across relevant job boards to maximise visibility and reach.
- Review resume to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Conduct preliminary interviews (via phone) to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and track progress.
- Support and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience for new hires.
Job Requirements:
- O-level, A level, Diploma or Degree in any field of study are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards will be advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Good team player and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and meticulous.
Job Details:
- Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
