Job Title: Recruiter Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be a key part of our recruitment efforts, responsible for sourcing and identifying talented individuals to help meet our hiring targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and data mining.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand candidate needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  2. Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media.
  3. Review resumes, screen, and engage with potential candidates to ensure a good match for the positions needed.
  4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, facilitating hiring manager interviews, coordinating, and onboarding.
  5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulatory guidelines.
  6. Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach strategies.
  7. Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets.
  8. Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply due to limited quota.
  • Local Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
