Job description

As the Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. You will be tasked with screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job and fit our company culture.

In addition, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment campaigns, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be well-versed in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment trends. - Make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' qualifications and interviews.

- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

- Maintain and update candidate records and status in the applicant tracking system.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
