A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a recruitment specialist to attract financial advisers and relationship managers. The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma in any discipline, a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include using various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. This position is open only to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
Job Duties:
· Specialise in the recruitment of financial advisers and relationship managers for the Company
Identify and use appropriate recruitment channels, including social media, to identify potential candidates
Conduct networking sessions with various institutions
Coordinate and actively participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows and networking events to attract potential talent
Screen and shortlist candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews
Initiate and negotiate employment offers to selected candidates
Prepare and handle onboarding and offboarding matters
Perform any ad-hoc administration duties
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in financial advisory services will be an advantage
· Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labour laws of Singapore
· People-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
· Ability to work with different stakeholders and institutions
· Positive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a results-oriented environment
