About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our team and support hiring.

You’ll play a key part in identifying and attracting young talents with leadership potential and a growth mindset to join our Management Trainee Program in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable volunteers and crew.
  • Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for various event roles.
  • Liaise with community groups, schools, and organizations to expand the talent pool.
  • Manage application tracking and maintain candidate databases.
  • Schedule onboarding, briefing sessions, and training for selected volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and programming teams to understand manpower needs.
  • Ensure excellent communication and engagement with all recruits before and during the event.
  • Provide on-site coordination support on event day(s).
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, event planning, or volunteer coordination is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate about community engagement and events.
  • Familiarity with board games is a bonus, but not required!
