What You’ll Be Doing
Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and design targeted search strategies
Identify, assess, and shortlist high-potential candidates by leveraging multiple sourcing channels and adjusting strategies as needed
Conduct structured interviews using proven assessment tools to identify the best-fit talent
Create compelling job advertisements and manage postings across various job platforms to build strong candidate pipelines
Proactively grow and maintain a high-quality talent pool through the strategic use of internal databases, networking, and industry events
Deliver insightful, data-driven recruitment reports to support decision-making and enhance team performance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, innovation, and internal retention
Lead and mentor a team of consultants, with accountability for team success, performance metrics, and revenue targets

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders professionally
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
A creative problem-solver who challenges conventional thinking and embraces innovation
Prior experience in managing and developing team members is highly desirable
Proven sales track record as an individual and team.
