Your Mission:
You’ll lead a team of skilled recruiters, drive client acquisition, and deliver outstanding service to clients and contractors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruitment consultants

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with key decision-makers in the tech industry.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand the team and increase market share within the IT contracting space.

  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor metrics, and ensure the team exceeds recruitment targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Strong track record in Staffing Solutions and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated success in winning and expanding new business accounts.

  • Team Builder: Experience in training, mentoring, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

  • Commercially Savvy: Strong understanding of various staffing solutions not limiting to outsourcing, consulting, business process outsourcing, managed services & project delivery etc.

  • Driven & Entrepreneurial: Self-starter who’s excited to shape and scale a division.
