Job Responsibilities
1. Hirers Acquisition
Identify and target potential clients and perform sales activities effectively to reach target clients (including private-hire drivers, relief drivers, short-term drivers and competitors).
Follow-up on sales leads diligently to increase recruitment performance.
Identify and explore untapped markets and opportunities.
2. Sales Process
Prepare and deliver persuasive recruitment presentations.
Negotiate contracts to ensure attractiveness for hirers.
Ensure timely registration of sales and follow-up with hirers.
Perform registrations process for non-hirers, and in the process, attract them to be hirers.
3. Hirers Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with existing clients.
Address hirers’ concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis
Track sales performance and generate regular reports.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Upgrade skills to improve sales performance.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and organising events.
5. Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
A valid Taxi Vocational Licence preferred.
