Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Hirers Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients and perform sales activities effectively to reach target clients (including private-hire drivers, relief drivers, short-term drivers and competitors).

  • Follow-up on sales leads diligently to increase recruitment performance.

  • Identify and explore untapped markets and opportunities.

2. Sales Process

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive recruitment presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts to ensure attractiveness for hirers.

  • Ensure timely registration of sales and follow-up with hirers.

  • Perform registrations process for non-hirers, and in the process, attract them to be hirers.

3. Hirers Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Address hirers’ concerns and resolve issues promptly.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Upgrade skills to improve sales performance.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and organising events.

5. Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with hirers.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A valid Taxi Vocational Licence preferred.
