Job description

As a Recruitment Executive, you'll be the backbone of our talent acquisition team, playing a key role in finding and attracting top performers to join our company. You develop targeted recruitment strategies, and source qualified candidates through various channels. As our company is consistently expanding, you get the opportunity to be promoted to managerial level. Monthly salary: $4,000 to $6,000 ( Plus bonus ) and guaranteed yearly increment

Job descriptions:

  • Craft compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify high-caliber candidates from a diverse pool.

  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist the most qualified candidates.

  • Conduct phone interviews and participate in interview panels to assess candidates' skills and experience.

  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages and extend offers to successful candidates.

  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field of study

  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • No experience needed, as special training will be provided. ( Candidates with prior recruitment experience will have added advantage )
