Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead mass hiring initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process for both operational and commercial roles, ensuring compliance and a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in high-volume recruitment.

  • Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance standards.

Job Highlights:
• Office hours, Monday to Friday

• Lead mass hiring initiatives for both uniformed and commercial roles in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Emergency Services Recruitment
• Plan and manage end-to-end mass recruitment exercises for frontline operational roles, including candidate selection, offers, and documentation
• Set up and manage recruitment timelines in alignment with onboarding targets
• Execute recruitment marketing campaigns and guide outsourced recruitment support staff
• Facilitate and coordinate interview sessions
• Manage candidate progress using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy
• Provide regular recruitment updates to internal stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and adherence to data protection and compliance standards

Commercial Recruitment
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for corporate and commercial roles
• Manage interview logistics and candidate engagement
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems
• Communicate updates with internal teams and ensure compliance with hiring protocols:

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment
• Proficient in SuccessFactors ATS or similar digital recruitment tools
• Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance standards
• Experience recruiting for uniformed services or public agencies is advantageous
• Strong time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
