Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Comms

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office hour

• Location: Jurong East MRT

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand their staffing needs, job descriptions, and qualifications required for open positions.

• Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.

• Use various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, career sites, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and referrals.

• Engage with passive candidates who may not be actively job searching but could be a good fit for open roles.

• Collaborate with the hiring manager or client to determine appropriate salary and benefits packages.

• Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and start date.

• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and employers during the offer process.
