Recruitment Director, Technology & Digital

Job Description:

Kairos Global Search is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Leader to head our Technology & Digital practice in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, deep expertise in the technology and digital sectors, and the ability to drive strategic growth while managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Technology & Digital recruitment practice, ensuring alignment with the Kairos Global Search’s strategic vision.
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand the practice in Singapore.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Technology & Digital sectors.
• Act as a senior advisor, providing market insights and strategic hiring solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development within the team.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Technology & Digital sectors.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of clients and candidates to support sustainable growth.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on Technology & Digital sectors.
• Extensive experience in leading recruitment teams and delivering successful client outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of the technology and digital markets in Singapore, including emerging trends and talent dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
